Volunteer Guidelines

Welcome and thank you for your interest in wanting to volunteer your time and/or resources. Our Mission here at Operation Tivkah is to build a safe and holistic, self-sustaining, off-grid healing retreat to help the lost, heal the broken and bring life back to one's soul through a relationship with Yahshua Messiah (Jesus Christ).

Roles and Responsibilities of Volunteers

As a volunteer, you are expected to have an upbeat attitude, be respectful, no gossipping, communicate openly and honestly, be punctual and remember why you've committed to volunteering.

Volunteer Policies

Phase 01 volunteers may be subject to a background check and all volunteers for phase 02 of this project will go through a mandatory background check. We will not discriminate against a criminal record and will evaluate each individual on a case-by-case basis. Application forms must be filled out honestly and submitted to the best of your ability.

Conduct and Behaviour

Illegal substances of any kind including marijuana, and alcohol, are prohibited and smoking will be designated to certain areas. For the respect of our community, we ask that you please, dress professional and abstain from wearing inappropriate, distracting or non-practical clothing such as skinny jeans, low-cleavage tops, skirts above the knees or shorts that are above the fingertips, offensive apparel, dangly jewellery and high heels. Such clothing is not practical for a lot of the projects that we'll be doing and can be a distraction. Professional behaviour is expected at all times and there is ZERO tolerance for sexual harassment.
